    • Can I build my own Jamaican Care Package?
      • Yes, you may do so here. 

    • How long before I get my package?
      • The official timeline is (unless stated otherwise)
        -> 1-2 business days for your package to be processed.
        -> 8-12 business days from the shipped date to the US. (Canada and U.K. may be an additional couple days.)
    • I'm not seeing products I want, what can I do?
      • We introduce new products every other week, so stay tuned. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to be notified.

    • Are the prices quoted in $USD?
      • Yes, however on your location, you can change to Canadian Dollar and U.K. Pound sterling.

    • Do you ship to the United States?
      • Yes, Jamaican Care Packages ships to all US states. 
    • The package is going to Canada do I have to pay Customs/Duty/Fees?
      • Canadian Customs may charge Duty or Fees that would have to be covered by the receiver. 
    • Do you offer FREE shipping?
      • Yes, standard shipping packages over $79 USD will get free shipping. Note this does not include Patty orders.
    • Do you ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Europe and Caribbean Islands.
      • Yes, during checkout select your country and then enter your full address.

    • How long will it take to get my Jamaican Care Package?
      • Orders may take 1-2 business days to be processed. 
      • Your shipping time will vary base on your location. Your estimated shipping time will shown during checkout. 
    • Does someone have to sign for my package?
      • DHL/USPS/EMS may require that someone signs for the package. They may not leave at your door. If someone doesn't sign, you may have to arrange for re-delivery or pick up at your post office.

    • Do you sell patties?
