• Can I build my own Jamaican Care Package?
• Yes, you may do so here. 
  
  
• How long before I get my package?
• The official timeline is (unless stated otherwise)
  -> 1-3 business days for your package to be processed.
  -> 3-5 business days from the shipped date.

• I'm not seeing products I want, what can I do?
• We introduce new products every other week, so stay tuned. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to be notified.

• Are the prices quoted in $USD?
• Yes.
  
  
• Do you ship to the United States?
• Yes, Jamaican Care Packages ships care packages to all US states. 

• The package is doing to Canada do I have to pay Customs/Duty/Fees?
• Canadian Customs may charge Duty or Fees that would have to be covered by the receiver. 
• Do you offer FREE shipping?
• Not at the moment, as we now use DHL, which has much faster shipping, it does come a much higher cost. We can no longer offer free shipping.

• Do you ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Europe and Caribbean Islands.
• Yes, we ship worldwide. During checkout select your country and then enter your full address.
  
  
• How long will it take to get my Jamaican Care Package?
• Orders may take 1-3 business days to be processed. 
• Your shipping time will vary base on your location. Your estimated shipping time will shown during checkout. 

• Does someone have to sign for my package?

• Yes, DHL/USPS/EMS requires that someone sign for the package. They will not leave at your door. If someone doesn't sign, you may have to arrange for re-delivery or pick up at your post office.
  
  
• Do you sell patties?
• Not at the moment, we are working on that :--)
  
  
• Is this legit?
