Quality items, expected shipping time

I got some little bottles of rum cream. Each bottle was carefully wrapped individually. No broken items. I was not in a hurry and had no timeline for shipping, so I did not pay attention to how long it took to get my order. I am very happy with my purchase and would purchase items from this place again. I received my order on 11/23 opened the box 11/25 to find 2 packs of crumbled up cookies and I was short 1 bottle I receive 11 bottles instead of 12 paid for.So not only did I over pay for the rum cream I didn’t get all my bottles. I’m grateful for the free shipping and the rum cream is good at least.
