Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and dimensions. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (outside of Jamaica) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.
All packages are declared at their full value in accordance with international shipping regulations. We do not mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
