Shipping

Please note that there is a 1-3 business days processing time for all packages.

We can ship to most addresses worldwide, however some countries have restrictions on some items eg.) Diary to Canada and such can't be shipped

Once the package is handed over to the specified carriers we have no control over the package. or how they are handled hence we pack with additional padding as best we can to avoid any damage during transit.

Shipping cost are no refundable once your package has been shipped.

Once the package is shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

If your package is delayed, please contact USPS to file claim. Reminder, we are not responsible once your order is handed to our courier. However, we will do our best to accommodate you as a valued JCP customer.

Note:  and we do not offer refunds on perishables

We have seen this a few times before, normally it's one of the below:

1.) The package may have been left on your premises; please check around, aka under porch, around the corner, sometimes delivery drivers try to hide package in places that made sense to them.
2.) The package may have been left with someone; can you  check with your neighbour, front desk, landlord etc? [most times we see neighbours taking up packages to avoid it being stolen]
3.) After that, we recommend contacting USPS with your tracking number
As sometimes the mail man will carry the package back to the Post Office. So may call them to request another delivery or even pick up if you prefer.
